Jeff started hairdressing in 1980. He specializes in hair color, highlighting, and precision haircutting. He enjoys going to hair shows and advanced hands-on education classes. Jeff works at Brewer Phillips Hair Design Tuesday through Friday. In 2010 he opened The Salon at Fish Rock Ranch in Mendocino county, open Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.
